How long does are order take to process?

Most orders are processed within 1-2 business days. However, “Online Exclusive” items and personalized orders may require additional time.

“Online Exclusive” items are managed directly by the makers or artists, who endeavor to process your order as swiftly as they can. Personalized orders, due to their bespoke nature, will have specific processing times indicated in the product description and communicated by the maker.

If an order has not been processed within 4 days, please contact our store for assistance.

How long does the shipping take?

Once your order has been processed, we aim to dispatch it as swiftly as possible. Local UK orders should arrive within 24 to 72 hours after dispatch. ROI customers can anticipate receiving their items within 3-5 working days post-dispatch. International orders may take from 1 up to 4 weeks, depending on customs procedures and the destination.

Please note that while we cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by postal or courier companies, we ensure that all items are assigned tracking codes for your peace of mind and convenience in tracking your order.

Do you offer Local Delivery options?

Yes, we provide free local delivery to the Lurgan and Portadown areas without a minimum order value requirement. Be sure you fall within our delivery radius. Additionally, we offer a convenient ‘Click and Collect’ option for in-store pickup. Orders will be prepared and ready for collection within our business hours, and you will receive an email notification with pickup instructions.

If customers within the Lurgan and Portadown area have any issues with regards to our ‘Click and Collect’ option, they are advised to contact the store for assistance.

Will my order come from your store?

Our retail store directly ships some items, while “Online Exclusive” items are shipped by the makers or artists from their individual locations. Our platform offers a mix of in-store and online exclusive items.

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges within 7 days of delivery, provided the items are unused and in their original condition. Please be aware that customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Once we receive the returned item, we will initiate the refund or exchange process.

If your order arrives damaged, report it to with your order number and a photo of the damage. We will handle these situations on a case-by-case basis.
