Parents cannot stay in the room with the children, due to safeguarding. We do have a connected room, if you wish to stay in please contact us (First come, First served basis).
It would be much appreciated if your child has used the toilet prior to arrival.
Any issues please do not hesitate to contact us. Please be advised refund will not offered to those who do not turn up or cancel on the day of the event.
Weekly refunds will not be offered to those who book whole month sessions.
